Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting You should bring able to keep pace with tight pour schedules; knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing; physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
