Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Sangareddy, State of Telangana. You will work at a halal meat counter. You should bring able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
