Great opportunity: we are hiring a car painter in Vijayanagar, State of Karnataka. You should bring good eye for colour matching and blending; able to mix paint by weight on a scale. Day to day you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
