Bakery assistant — Karaikal

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Karaikal, Union Territory of Puducherry. The job is at a busy bakery. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideally you have familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; basic cake decorating and piping skills; food handler / hygiene certificate. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
