Bread and bun maker — Baleshwar

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Baleshwar, State of Odisha. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls We are looking for able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
