Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Konaseema, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production We are looking for safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery; good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₹34,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
