Powder coating sprayer wanted in Gumla

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Gumla, State of Jharkhand. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
