Banksman — Hanamkonda

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Hanamkonda, State of Telangana. We are looking for comfortable working at height and in confined spaces; ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear. The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₹32,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
