Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in an open-cast quarry. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing You will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels.
