Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Surajpur, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. We are looking for willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Rotating shifts.
