Foundry worker • Uttarkashi, State of Uttarakhand

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in Uttarkashi, State of Uttarakhand. You will work on the moulding line. You will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. Ideally you have basic grinding and fettling skills; keen eye for casting defects during inspection. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
