Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. You should have: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements On a typical shift you will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
