Die-casting operator wanted in Zunheboto

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Zunheboto, State of Nagaland. Day to day you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
