Great opportunity: incoming goods inspector (Meghalaya)

Join our team: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in East Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. You will work at a food processing unit. On a typical shift you will carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Rotating shifts.
