Plant operator • Lakhimpur, Assam

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Lakhimpur, Assam. The job is at a landfill site. Ideally you have good depth perception and hand-eye coordination; awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures; knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance. Day to day you will excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; check for underground cables and services before digging; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. We offer ₹1,050 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
