We are recruiting: foundry labourer (Assam)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Tinsukia, Assam. The job is on the moulding line. The role involves: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Basic grinding and fettling skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
