Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should bring can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
