Pastry baker wanted in Ernakulam

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ernakulam, State of Kerala. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; basic cake decorating and piping skills. Part-time with flexible hours.
