Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Hugli, West Bengal. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
