Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
