We are recruiting: press shop operator (State of Tamil Nadu)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Madurai, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. The role involves: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Ideally you have attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading; able to read engineering drawings and job cards; physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg.
