Baker — Ballari

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ballari, State of Karnataka. You will work in a bread factory. We are looking for food handler / hygiene certificate; 2+ years' experience as a baker; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
