Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal. You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
