The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request You should bring clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler.
