Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Saharsa, State of Bihar. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer ₹230 per hour plus benefits.
