Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Day to day you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; read lift plans and method statements before starting; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
