What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
