Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in District Banda, Uttar Pradesh. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Six days a week, one day off.
