Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Nagaur, State of Rajasthan. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Full-time with occasional weekends.
