Join our team: we are hiring a tig welder in Kabeerdham, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium The role involves strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₹30,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
