Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Chikmagalur, State of Karnataka. You will be based at an accident repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair We are looking for keen attention to detail and a steady hand; physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods; able to mix paint by weight on a scale.
