Formwork joiner — East Garo Hills

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in East Garo Hills, Meghalaya. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Your main tasks: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
