Flatlock machine operator wanted in Kallakurichi district

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Kallakurichi district, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. Ideally you have can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently; good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching; ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
