Your main tasks: • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end We are looking for ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain; clean riding record with no major traffic violations.
