Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Pakke Kessang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; 2+ years' experience as a baker. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
