Paint booth operator — Mandya

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Mandya, State of Karnataka. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Six days a week, one day off.
