You will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Ideally you have skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns; able to mix paint by weight on a scale; 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing. Rotating shifts.
