Tower crane operator — Jodhpur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Jodhpur, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. On the job you will handle: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
