Immediate opening: fusing press operator (State of Maharashtra)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Parbhani, State of Maharashtra. You will work at a textile finishing unit. You should bring sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings; a keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases; comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment. Day-to-day duties: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Full-time, day shift.
