Great opportunity: we are hiring a presser in Kottayam, State of Kerala. You will be based at a garment factory. On a typical shift you will give each garment a final press before packing; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
