Die-casting operator • Bemetara, State of Chhattisgarh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Bemetara, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work on the moulding line. Ideally you have physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings; keen eye for casting defects during inspection; knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding. On the job you will handle: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
