Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Hanamkonda, State of Telangana. We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
