You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Your main tasks: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Rotating shifts.
