Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kodarma, State of Jharkhand. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
