Grill cook wanted in Diu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
