What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull.
