Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Noklak, State of Nagaland. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift.
