Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On a typical shift you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish.
