Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in District Banda, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should bring 2+ years experience working as a butcher; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter.
