The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time with occasional weekends.
